牛腩飯

今天在張麗指導下做了番茄牛腩。做法是先用高壓鍋,少許水把牛腩煮一通,我煮了十分鐘,還是覺得嚼不爛。炒番茄,把牛腩放進去煮;還是先炒炒肉,再放番茄?下次可以試試反過來放。總之是把剛才高壓鍋煮出來的肉湯用上,加鹽和生抽繼續煮到快乾為止。果然和嘉旺的快餐一模一樣!他們怎麼能這麼過分,取消掉這道菜呢!

高壓鍋煮牛腩時,什麼調料都沒有放,煮出來的肉湯就已經有一種香氣,真好。
