昨晚上给李小文发短信,想约个时间打电话。(在 Morningstar 的坏习惯,大白天的不去做这些事情,夜里一点了才联系别人。。。。)她回短信说,毕业证书拿到了

所以我不必去死了 :)

昨天晚上写 lisp 到十二点,算起来在 wqy-bitmapfont.spec 上已经花费了超过十个小时。但是,还是需要改进那个 lisp,包括使用 map,以及探测 create-... 那个函数的返回值,不知道能不能做到。hellwolf 功德无量!

有关构建,我真的没有想到 Hailin 想到的这个原因。我以为 build manager 的存在会使每个人执行全新构建更加容易。在后面 Hailin 指定了文档撰写者,其实那就是我期望的 build manager。但是仅仅维护一份文档,这个角色其实无法做到持续改进构建过程,因为卸责的原因。不过,既然有了文档,总比没有要好。
I would like to tell everyone the considerations for everyone to build the entire project. Having a dedicated build manager does have its advantages. However, there are several issues to consider:

1) redundancy issue(what if the person is sick?)
2) Whoever does the build also understands the whole process: what each project is for, help debug issues, to name a few. It also serves as a communication means for the rest of the team to get to know you.
3)If everyone understands the build process, he/she can be more disciplined whenever he/she does the programming, making sure all the checked-in files can be compiled, the right project settings be used, etc.
4) everyone can contribute to improve the whole process. It’s my belief that you can think it over and figure out the better solution only if you do it and understand the drawbacks of the current one.

We can always improve the current process as we go along.
还是想知道究竟在 vs2005 中怎么实现带有依赖关系的编译和部署。如果要编译的模块依赖于必须注册的预编译模块,那么怎么以编译动作和解决方案的依赖关系来表达这一点。还有就是怎么把部署和编译动作分开,或者是否有好处。还有对于为不同角色的开发者提供不同的解决方案文件(.sln),改进构建过程,是否可以做到?
